Our COC Secure Channel is an anonymous, confidential resource for anyone seeking guidance,
asking questions, or reporting potential violations of our Code of Conduct or the law.
The Channel allows for anonymous submissions, and is available 24/7 in both English and
Hindi. In addition to the Channel, we provide various other channels to raise concerns,
and employees are regularly reminded that they can approach their Manager or Human Resources
as alternatives.
We also have a Speak Up and Anti-Retaliation Policy that strictly prohibits retaliation
against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. All reports received are thoroughly
reviewed and investigated, with regular updates provided to the reporting individual.
Our Board receives a quarterly summary of all reports submitted.
We regularly perform risk assessments to identify our key priorities for risk mitigation, resource allocation, and training and awareness initiatives. In addition to objective data such as financial figures, and industry insights, we gather input from employees across the country to pinpoint relevant and impactful initiatives. Our focus includes areas like corruption, financial integrity, legal, compliance, and other critical issues outlined in our Code of Conduct.
As part of our commitment to ethical business practices, we offer a combination of online and
facilitator-led training to our employees on our Code of Conduct and other key topics. These training
programs are designed to enhance knowledge and promote responsible behavior in areas such as ethical
leadership, speaking up, managing conflicts of interest, preventing corruption, safeguarding
intellectual property, and adhering to trade compliance regulations.
